Looks like a favela to me.  Who knew Martians had such lax building codes?  Maybe why they disappeared....

There is a megalithic metropolis in Hellas Basin on Mars and in plain sight. The image of JPL on Google Mars called "Falls in Hellas Basin" show an incredible pattern of rectangular buildings,  structures and shelters carved in the stone. This is something never seen before and it is amazing...
