Most Excellent!
Back in the day, Steve Cole, Tom Wright and yours truly had a company headquartered half a block from Gazzarie's on the Strip, called 'AstralVision."
Our studio mirrored your's, with the high-tech equipment of the day.
Nice studio, my friend.

'Back in the day' for me means a lava lamp and a strobe light!  ;)  8)

Thanks yeah Paulie got to see it about 80% complete when he stopped by last summer and we took it for a spin.

The quad system tracks were not functioning the night we made this demo video. We control any track via a joystick any 4 directions as well as top to bottom with overhead speaker. The 4 digital rack units record these motions and play them back.

We also have rumble drivers in the couch just like in the theaters.

We also wanted to take it easy on the new 4K camera and not overload the microphone. For a test demo video it came out pretty well.

We will crank it up next time!  ;D

Hey gotta have something to do around the house when you're home alone!  ;)

UK (Uncle Kenny) as he is known, is the wizard you see behind the console of this rig.

For decades he worked as a soundman on several tours for the likes of Styx and Robin Trower among others.

Many of my friends in this area work as soundmen on concert tours.

Another one has worked for Randy Hansen and Nu Shooz to name a few.

Another one still works for Showco and is on tour with Blake Sheldon and has worked with Black Eyed Peas to name a few.

We all met while working for Biamp years ago where we could buy a bag of parts for about a 1/3 of retail cost and build the units at home.

That's how we all wound up with home stereos that look like this.

Well the main treasure in my basement is a Strat just like the one Sir Page has -
