Do we? Even if the redacted portions of those documents were revealed, it doesn't seem they contain the "beyond a shadow of a doubt" missing link. Perhaps he's implying that someone or some organization is keeping that crucial piece of information from us.
This is kept from people because who would want the world in upheaval? There would be mass panic and distress.
He's right about that. Just the announcement of a potential big snowstorm can cause mass panic. Imagine what a prediction of a 50% chance of alien encounters would do. But this time, Friedman reveals that it's not governments that are keeping the truth from us, it's the aliens already on Earth themselves.

In my humble opinion, they are, generally, disembodied, but can assume other forms. I believe they can enter and use us for their purposes. I also believe they can assume a form that blends into the environment ala the "Predator" and the alien featured in the movie "Signs".
The NAs call them skinwalkers. They take control of the meatbag to do whatever they want to do and we have absolutely no control over it.
Their tech is beyond us at this point.

I do believe we have enough Hybrids, roaming around, it would really be difficult , not to pass a few on the street now and then.
It is also my belief, that some are even here to help us. Very carefully , I might add, humans these days get just as miffed over an offer of assistance , as they do when nobody offers. Go figure?! :o
