Great find, A51; I am currently working on a piece about the ease and flexibility of building underground using geodesic domes constructed from concrete wire and rebar then coated with 4" of gunite(shot crete)
once constructed and back filled, they are eco friendly, storm proof, quake proof, emp proof since you are inside a Farraday cage that is well grounded and economical to build.

I have always wanted to live underground and I would love to build a hobbit house; But I'm finding it very difficult to get a builder to even get back to me for my project.
I think someone is kidnapping a lot of them for projects elsewhere. >:(
