There are debunker shows out there claiming that a couple of college kids with a gorilla suit were responsible for the original footage from the dash cam, yet they offer no proof of any kind to back their claim...
When the BFRO crew replicated the footage, James Fay,6'6" tall, darted across the same spot in the road, same time of night, filmed by the same type of dashcam, the vehicle moving at the same speed as noted in the original film; the frame by frame comparison indicates that the original entity was approximately 8 feet tall...
my question to the sheriff who allegedly discovered the suit and the pranksters, where are the pictures of the suit and the eight foot tall individual that was supposedly wearing it?
More bovine feces to further muddy the waters...

I had difficulty focusing, because I kept wanting to tell him he looked like Bigfoot. He was arrested on FOJ, which is fugitive of justice. I don't what his previous charge was, but he didn't show up for his court date.
It sounds like a case of Mopery if ya ask me ;D

I'm not too sure what to make of this. I don't really concur with the idea that it was eight feet tall, though; it actually looked fairly short to me. The second video is definitely clearer.
I got a chuckle from the cop getting out of the car with a torch, though; I could just imagine a sasquatch being demanded to come out with its' paws up, followed by Chewbacca like noises in response. Maybe they could lure it out with honey. ;D
I'm also surprised they saw him in Georgia. I don't really know for certain, but I was under the impression that the climate in GA is warmer than average. Sasquatches are generally considered to have a lot of hair to help them survive in cold climates, so I would think it would be too hot for them to live there.
I am not inclined to believe that the sasquatch incontrovertibly exists, although I won't completely rule out the possibility. Some of the existing accounts are interesting; although you will consistently notice that sightings, recordings, or encounters of sasquatches never have anywhere near the same level of clarity or detail, as do encounters with animal species that are definitely known to exist.
Lloyd Pye's presentation on the subject remains thought provoking, and if nothing else, can be viewed as entertaining speculative fiction, which makes a great accompaniment for your favourite psychedelics.

I am looking for the BFRO clip showing the recreation of the event and the size comparisons of the first entity and then Bobo; side by side and overlay show the first one to be taller than Bobo, and he is a big boy at 6'6" tall; the roadway itself is 26' wide, and the first one crossed it in 3 strides...

There are black bear indigenous to north georgia, so planting honey would definitely be noticed...

Petrus,if you look at the reported sightings plotted on a map of the US, you will see them in very warm and humid locales such as Florida, Louisiana, and parts of Texas...

That is partially a function of our cognitive abilities and the way our minds process information; when the Spanish first sailed to the new world, the native population in most areas paid no attention to them until they landed on the shore; they had never seen a ship before so, in essence, they couldn't see it...
it is the same when we see something for the first time, unless we already have a frame of reference in our memories for our minds to associate it with, we seldom are able to recall much accurate detail

I don't think that big foot in Georgia would be as tall as the ones in the pacific northwest, in those really dense forest. I think the ones in the southern US are smaller in stature, maybe 6 foot tall. Here in Florida and the gulf coast of US they are called a '"skunk ape" referring to their relative size and their strong smell.

If you watch the vid, BFRO estimates the figure in the original to be 7 feet, when compared to Bobo at 6'6"...
It is interesting that this footage surfaced; there are numerous reports of bigfoot, skunk apes, etc., throughout the southern and Appalachian states
yet we still have little more than circumstantial evidence from all these reports...
I am leaning more towards these entities being inter dimensional, popping into our paradigm for a visit then back out, yet also note the elephant graveyard has never been located
