I ran across this recently posted Y/T video, with Dennis Lee presenting some very definitive information with demonstrations. Actually quite amazing, ................. if this such is real!!
I did do a brief search on Dennis Lee, and it appears that various government and or corporate elements have worked him over continuously, successfully keeping his technology off of the market. On that basis, what is presented in this video might be (could have been) some paradigm changing stuff. I think some of his work with others goes back 20 or 30 years.
Some of you physics guys here might have a feel for some of this for sure!!

"Water Gas" The water turns into water gas... well not really no It turns into HYDROGEN and OXYGEN as the water is split via hydrolysis into H2(HH) and O When you ignite hydrogen in oxygen it burns very hot and the waste product is Di-Hydrogen Oxide (Hydrogen 'rust') otherwise know as water
There is nothing secret or oppressed about this science We learned back in grade school in the 60,s and every science lab I know has a hydrolysis experiment apparatus
These water torches have been available for decades and mass produced in China. This is a small portable one.. great for jewelry work

Hey Z, did you watch the video?? He shows that the gas does not burn very hot, until it is applied to any sort of material. Then apparently, it burns at the material's melting point. He would quickly pass his hand through the flame, and not even get burned.
Maybe everyone knows about the water gas, but when he started getting into areas of drastic reductions in consumption of petro and public electricity, the big guys must have gotten pretty concerned.

Yeah You can pass your hand through an acetylene torch flame quickly too :P The heat is focused at the tip

Most likely The Oil barons are not ready to switch yet. But these inventors should just go to China or Japan... The Chinese would welcome such technology and the Japanese would mass market it cheap. Both those countries need oil from outside sources
I watched as much of the video as time permitted; he is selling a small electrolysis unit for your auto, which have been around in various configurations for quite some time...
And they will improve your fuel economy as much as 30-50%; the issue is that you have to use a catalyst such as lye to boost the process; lye is very corrosive to most engine components...

As far as I know, adding a bit of H2 to engine combustion can improve efficiency - and I recall that a JPL study confirmed this. There were people building add on electronics to lean out their computer's mixture but the whole thing was against Federal Law because modification of emission controls is not permitted, even if better gas mileage and less pollution is the result.
The JPL thing was that a small dose of H2 could change the ignition characteristics and permit leaner burning - even with the added cost of alternator current used for electrolysis.

Actually, I noted in the OP that he had been working on this stuff for a long time. Also I noted that the video was just recently posted on Y/T - no info on when the video was actually made. But I posted it because I thought the information he was presenting was very interesting, and .............I could envision that this technology might have some significant possibilities for application in various ways, if and when space travel and immigration to other planets might begin from Earth. If water exists on other planets.......wallah, water gas could be a very important tool in multiple ways - especially if in using water gas the emission is water!! :)
