QuoteA British online grocery store is aiming to launch the nation's first driverless delivery service.

Ocado, which launched 17 years ago and makes deliveries from a string of warehouses across the country, has just started testing its first self-driving "CargoPod" truck built by U.K. tech firm Oxbotica.

I don't like the sound of that, maybe I'm stuck in the last century, but its just too off putting for me.

No driver, so you have to go out and meet the thing and bring them in yourself.  No thanks hon. xo

The money the company has saved with automated cars is put into the support.
With me, so often wrong goods arrive. Probably it has been compiled by robots.

The whole work to return the goods and to talk with the support...

I prefer the old fashion way if I need something fast.

But it would be funny if two t1000 would appear to bring me my washing machine.

That appears to be where they may fail, people may find it interesting the first few times, but if they have to do some part of the work they will not see it as interesting.

What if nobody is home when it arrives?
