'John Doe' must have that video marked unlisted because it does not show up on his YouTube page.
I have found at least 4 youtubers that have the same video on their page, they are exact copies.
One youtube comment says the source is the infamous 'Ivan' the creator of skinny Bob.
Here is a different one in different color, sepia or a facsimile instead of grey, with a different font for text.

Typical german brick houses can not be seen. At the back somehow a banner?

That depends on how the hoaxer wants to get money from his hoax. If he has an YouTube account the quality of the hoax is not important, as anyone that clicks the video will give him some hits, but if he was trying to sell one or more copies (for example) then he needs a higher quality hoax, as someone paying directly for something are more likely to complain.
