Title: Honey Glazed Bacon Wrapped Salmon with Tomato & Cucumber Salad

This was the best one I've done, flavor wise...

The salad speaks for itself.

Take a salmon steak, season with salt and pepper (I like Tony Chachere's seasoning)
wrap two pieces of bacon and secure with toothpicks
coat a black iron skillet with olive oil and a small tap of butter
cook until one side is cripsy, flip and repeat
pop in oven on 350 for 15 minutes
and viola!...

That looks good.  I may try that at my daughter's house sometime.   My husband few uses to eat anything wrapped in bacon, and he won't eat most fish.  It's the progression of the alcoholic dementia.
