Title: Conspiracy Theories - An Article on the Subject of Thought
Post by: Somamech on September 05, 2017, 08:38:21 PM
My best tip to cure this disease is to not think people actually talk and organize event's, deals or otherwise with an agenda that may rock the staus qou.  To cure yourself of all ill thought that you imagined that was occuring, please read out loud the good bible of God, then spin on a yoga mat 2.33 times and procliam I know i did wrong in questioning all the sage advice from the Sage's.  If you don't do that you are conpiring against us all you weavel.

It will be the Last I want to hear from you wretched mongles if you are conspiring :D

QuoteOne of the most divisive terms in the English language today is the phrase 'conspiracy theory'. Its stigma has a chilling effect on people and the label subtly has the power to shut down enquiring minds and with them any inconvenient conversations.

But where did the term come from and how does this catch-all phrase affect independent thinkers, international debate and the media today?

In 2004, Professor of Media Studies at New York University, Mark Crispin Miller was labelled as a conspiracy theorist for claiming that right stole the election from John Carey, to elevate George W Bush to power. Today, the author of Loser Take All and Fooled Again says the term 'fake news' is being used as a US propaganda exercise to expedite war with Russia.

Hi Soma,

I liked the response Jim Marrs gave when accused of being a conspiracy theorist .. "Conspiracy REALIST!" he proclaimed, I forget the show he was on.. but I loved that response.   :) :)

Peace-out..  ;D
