Art Bell: Let's say the government chose me. They were going to use me as an outlet to release this information. Let's just say they did that and they took me to a briefing. Then what John?
John Lear: They whisk you to Washington, DC, you get limo-ed to this building, beautiful building, you go up into this room. They say, 'Art, you're the guy and if you give us the go ahead, we are gonna release everything we know to the public. If you decide to go ahead, all major networks will be provided with information on all aspects of the cover up and no type of information will be withheld. Because of the deal for immunity for all participants of the cover up provides that nothing, no artifacts, no piece of information be withheld.'
So here's what happened, Art. We'll use some videos and stills. Our first UFO recoveries were in the early '30s. We made a couple in the beginning of the '40s and then came Roswell, which the public found out about. We got 4 aliens 2 of which were alive from Roswell. One died shortly there after and one lived till 1956. And we found out so far there are over 100 different alien species that we know about monitoring Earth. Some are good and some are hostile, most are indifferent. We found out that humans are a product, if you will, of an alien race who we never met and we don't know who they are. All we know is that the Greys are cybernetic organisms, glorified robots if you will, who work here at the behest of their employers monitoring us through abductions. We were never able to find out what humans are all about except that we have been externally corrected about 65 times. And they, the aliens, refer to us as "Containers." There's been speculation that the souls our bodies contain exist forever after they are born or made.
Since 1938 we've lost over 200 aircraft due to UFO hostilities and thousands of soldiers in all kinds of different actions with aliens. Since that time several hundred thousand civilians have disappeared with no trace. Several thousand of those were eliminated by us because of their chance encounters with the aliens which we could ill afford to have publicized.
A slightly more frightening phenomena known as "human mutilations" have occurred on a regular basis and are similar to "cattle mutilations". In that the human or humans are taken from the street, so to speak, and returned to the same area about 45 minutes to an hour later with their rectums cored out, their genitals removed, eyes removed from their sockets, and completely drained of blood. In all cases it appeared that the mutilation procedures occurred while the persons were still alive and conscious. One of our scientists speculates that apparently the human specimens had to be alive for the samples to be worth anything. Abductions occur on a daily basis throughout the United States to at least 10% of the population.
When we were first made aware this we protested to the little grey being we had held in captivity at the YY-2 facility in Los Alamos, but a deal was struck that in exchange for advanced technology from the aliens we would allow them to abduct a very small number of persons and we would periodically be given a list of those persons abducted. We got something less than the technology we bargained for and found the abductions exceeded by a million fold than what we had naively agreed to.
In 1954, President Eisenhower met with a representative of another alien species at Muroc Test Center, which is now called Edwards Airforce Base. This alien suggested that they could help us get rid of the Greys but Eisenhower turned down their offer because they offered no technology.
At this point it became apparent to all involved that there were thoousands, perhaps millions of Gods . Certainly some form of computer record stores information and an occasional miracle is displayed by the aliens to influence a religious event. This so unnerved Eisenhower that he had "In God We Trust" put on paper money and coins and put in the Pledge of Allegiance to reaffirm the public belief in God. Shortly after this it was determined in meetings between the US and the Russians that the situation was serious enough that a cold war should be manufactured as a ruse to divert attention of the public away from UFOs towards some other scary threat like the H-bomb. It was also decided to keep the ruse secret from any elected or appointed officials within both the US and Russian governments as it took so long to vet these officials and the ruse was easier to manage if the top people didn't know about it.
In the late 1950's NASA was formed to compartmentalize, containerize, and sanitize information from all space platforms and vehicles. We sold NASA to the public claiming that all information would belong to them but they got very little and even that was highly sanitized.
Our first efforts were to keep the public from learning about Venus. A very similar planet to Earth and it's population is very similar to us just technologically advanced. We have learned a lot from them starting with the Russian Venera 1 and US Mariner 2, we made Venus look like a lead melting, volcanic surface, spewing sulfuric acid into a pressurized atmosphere 90 times that of Earth. And as often the case we over did it and we wondered why nobody asked how a parachute survived a descent into 800-degree air. We set up operations in Pine Gap, Australia to preclude any prying eyes figuring out what we were up to. We regularly eliminated through extreme prejudice anybody who was part of the operation and made the least little tiny threat about disclosure or dissatisfaction with the operation. Any space mission that included Mercury, Gemini, Apollo, Mariner, Voyager, Clementine, and all the rest. All data initially came transmitted to Pine Gap then it was relayed to JPL or wherever after sanitizing. We had a little trouble with amateur radio operators but we figured out how they could intercept these signals but we managed to deal with that.
When the Russian threat began to fade we introduced Vietnam which kept the public occupied for over ten years. The cover up and personnel to run the operation began to get bigger and bigger and required more and more money. We were forced to inflate the defense budget, which soon not enough. Then we got into the drug business which was still not enough. We were the ones that looted the savings and loan industry and Wall Street to boot. It is so out of control now most people want immunity and want out. But there is so much secrecy and so many double and triple blinds in place that it's unlikely that this thing can ever be dismantled. And even if you give us the go ahead to spill the beans to the public it's unlikely they will get anything more than "yes, we recovered a flying saucer and yes, there was an occupant" but that's all we're gonna tell ya.
So go ahead and roll the tape for Mr. Bell. What you see here are what human mutilations look like. That one was a male about 27 years old. That one is film of dead aliens being pulled from the wreckage of a craft that crashed in Olancha, California in the '50s. That craft you see over there was over 250ft. in diameter and had to be buried on the spot. That site is in Utah near Garrison. The object you're looking at now is the as the Kecksburg Acorn which was brought to Wright Patt in the middle '60s. There's Frank Drake trying to force information out of a being tied down to a stretcher. He was supposedly from Tao Ceti.
These pictures you're looking at now are structures on the Moon. That's the tower in Sinus Medii and it's over seven miles tall. And that thing over there is what we call the Colossus of Oguram(sp) in Mare Crisium. We don't know what it does but the machine itself is bigger than Brooklyn, New York. Now those are videos of the domes covering the craters. As you can see, some are in a very advanced state of decay.
These are 5 second slides of the 40 or 50 different alien species. That one there is the most gruesome looking. The guards at one facility are carefully indoctrinated over several months being shown pictures similar to but not exactly like the alien. Only when he'd been acclimatized, so to speak, of the horrible looking beings are they allowed to stand in security positions. Before these acclimatizations were done, we had two guards die of a heart attack as the aliens came down a hallway at Groom Lake unexpectedly.
And this last clip is of the Kennedy assassination. You've heard of the second gunman theory? Well, this is the second camera that recorded exactly what happened and they had 4 gunmen. And the bottom line was that Kennedy had to go. He insisted on releasing what little alien information we had told him about and he was trying to withdraw troops from Vietnam which we were using as a diversion for the public. After Kennedy we never told any President anything. Nixon knew because he was briefed as VP in 1952. That's how he knew where to take Jackie Gleason to Homestead Air Force Base to see the alien bodies we had in storage there.

John Fogarty is in town. I used to fly the Byrds around with Peter Fonda. The Byrds wrote a song called 242 Foxtrot (The Learjet Song) which was the registration number of the Learjet I flew them around in I found it on the web and played it for my daughter Alli last night. If you play it, thats me in the background starting the engines and reading the checklist. If anyone knows morse code the beeping in the background is dit dah dit dit (L) dit dah (A) dah dit dit dah (x) for LAX the ident for the ILS. I am going to hook with John in the next few days to talk about 'the old days' when 8 miles high was at the top. The album with 242 foxtrot is on their album Fifth Dimennsion with 8 Miles High. Those really were the good old days.

The following is the sheer speculation of John Lear and is not meant to be true or accurate.
To elaborate on the SR-71 Blackbird we gave Russia in 1991. Oh my, I forgot: Russia is the enemy.
In 1991 we were getting ready to attack Iraq. Having supported and armed Saddam Hussein over many years we needed an 'enemy' to try out new weapons on and use outdated ammunition. So when Saddam asked us if it was ok to attack Saudi Arabia our ambassador to Kuwait, April Glaspie, told him that we would have 'no problem' with his plan.
In planning our attack we had to be sure that Russia was not going to help Hussein with intelligence or weapons so we told Gorbechev if he would promise not to give anything to help Saddam that we would give him an SR-71, train his crews and support the operation for 5 years. Gorby agreed and the Blackbird was flown to and turned over to Russia. It was kept at a secure airfield near Moscow.
We were then free to attack Saddam although US ambassador to Kuwait April Glaspie had given Hussein the 'ok' to attack Saudi Arabia. When Hussein began his attack we double-crossed him and expressed shock and dismay that he would attack Saudi Arabia.
We had been planning the attack on Iran for about 20 years. We had built under ground hangars specifically designed for the F-117A although the plane was still on the drawing board when we started planning.
The reason we wanted to attack Iran, as in most wars we are involved in, was to try out new weapons including the F-117A. During the period after we 'won' the first Gulf War and the second one, US Navy ships in the Persian Gulf launched thousands of cruise missiles into Iran. The purpose of that was to create hatred of the US by Iranians so that we could call them a 'threat' and 'enemy.
The F-117A was actually a 'cover' for another bomber, the F-19. I will post more on the F-19 in the next few days.

The following story is for morbid entertainment only and is not meant to discredit NASA or the 4th Reich
How Virgil 'Gus' Grissom and 3 other astronauts wee murdered in Apollo 1
January 27, 1967. I was driving through the Santa Monica tunnel to the coast highway
when the radio announcer came on the radio, "Very bad news from the Cape. 3 astronauts have died in an accident aboard Apollo 1. Details are sketchy but it looks like Gus Grissom, Roger Chaffee and Ed White were killed after an accidental fire swept through the Apollo 1 capsule during a practice session for a launch later this month."
What the announcer didn't know and what the public would never know was there was a 4th astronaut on board and they were all intentionally murdered by the 4th Reich (code name NASA). He was a member of the secret astronaut corps and was filling in for Joe Shea, head of ASPO, the Apollo Spacecraft Program. Shea had left earlier for his home in Houston.
Normally Joe would have been in the capsule with Grissom, Chaffee and White helping to sort out the massive problems with the spacecraft. He would have stretched out on his back with his head on the instrument panel and legs and feet in the area planned for he moon rocks to be collected. But Shea had gone to Houston and substituting for him was a Secret Astronaut highly familiar with all of the problems. I have his name and have never told anybody in case someone comes to me and says, "Was it...?" And I will instantly know whether he knows the truth or not.
A few weeks before, Gus had hung a lemon on the Capsule and said to those around him, "This thing ain't going to the moon in 2 years. This thing ain't going to the moon in ten years. Grissom was a very smart engineer and he knew a scam when he saw it.
4th Reich officials (code name NASA) were furious. They were intent on hoodwinking the world with scam moon landing and Grissom was not helping. They decided Gus had to go. And he had to go in a way that would insure that no astronaut or anybody else would ever expose the ruse.
Early on the 27th someone entered the capsule and put a tiny switch behind the instrument panel that hooked to another instrument for power. When that instrument was powered up in the preflight, after the door had been sealed, it would instantly ignite everything in the 100% oxygen environment. Almost everything in the cockpit was highly flammable.
As the preflight continued at 6:00 pm on the 27th of January, 1967, Grissom complained over the radio that he was having trouble hearing the controllers. He said, "How are we going to get to the moon if we can't even talk between 2 buildings?"
At that exact moment the highest officials of the Apollo program, from North American Aviation, Grumman, Boeing, Martin, Douglas and McDonnell had left the White House after a celebration of the success of the program and were at the International Club on 19th street in Washington, D.C. for more drinking and celebration.
At 6:30 and 12 seconds the instrument was powered up in the preflight, the switch was activated throwing a spark which ignited the entire cockpit. It would have taken more than 3 minutes to open the hatch but all 4 astronauts were dead in 30 seconds. In the 15 seconds Grissom had to live he had a few choice words for NASA before the fire sucked the air out of his lungs killing him instantly. The other 3 astronauts died within 10 seconds after that. The controllers in mission control watching the cockpit camera video were stunned. They had all clearly heard Gus's last words for NASA. The camera in the spacecraft, which NASA said did not exist, was instantly clouded over with smoke and at 6:31 and 21.8 seconds the spacecraft ruptured nearly killing everbody just outside on Level 8.
It took nearly 7 hours and 40 minutes to remove the bodies of the crew. Why so long? A few of the secret team had to be rounded up briefed and told to remove the secret astronaut from under the charred remains of Grissom, White and Chafee. They couldn't afford for anybody (more than who already knew) that there was a 4th crewmember in the capsule and that he was part of the secret astronaut corps. All levels of the gantry had to be sealed and the body taken away. After a thorough check that there was no incriminating evidence remained the secret team allowed the NASA regulars to remove the charred, unrecognizable bodies of Grissom, White and Chaffee.
The video and audio tapes were removed. The video tape was secreted away and everyone was told there was no camera in the capsule. The mission controllers we told that if anyone so much as breathed a word of what Gus had said in his last few seconds alive they could expect to be dealt with.
Grissoms son Scott was given the ignition switch and sworn to secrecy. He was told the Russians had done it. He went on to be an astronaut. The son of the secret astronaut went on to be an astronaut himself. The families of Chaffee and White never believed a word of what NASA told them happened.
A Saturn 4B was dressed up to look like a Saturn V and Stanley Kubrick was hired to film the fake moon walks. The intent was to kill Kubrick after the filming, but Kubrick stayed hidden in his house for the remainder of his life. "Eyes Wide Shut" and "The Shinning" were the only comments Kubrick had on his filming of the fake moon walks. Jay Weidner makes the most incredibly accurate videos of how Kubrick filmed he fake moon walks.
The ruse began to fall apart when former Rocketdyne engineer Bill Kaysing began to question the moon landings. But the lie held together for almost 30 years and gave the 4th Reich (code named NASA) enough time and $40 billion to build the secret space program, place in orbit 14 weapons of mass destruction (with a little help from ET) and were first publicly used on the Murrah building in Oklahoma City and then on buildings 1, 2, and 7 in the 911 scam of the century.
