Justice Kennedy has announced that he will retire July 31. Should be interesting to see who replaces him.

That was one of the talking points of the election, Shasta, that whoever was Potus would probably get to appoint several Justices during their first term...
this may get interesting 8)
Any appointment should wait until after mid-term elections.
