So I've been having recurrent sleep paralysis episodes. Let alone the "old hag" visions that are most commonly reported, I've also experience physical pain to an extreme degree. It is as though someone is clawing through my ribs and tearing the insides out, whilst i'm completely paralyzed.
Now when this happens, the more I am afraid, the more this intensifies. If I "give in" and "let go", I tend to have OBE type experiences.
