ive been up on nexrad since the start.three separate governor mansions were being remodeled at same time years back.i suspect they installed a nexrad command center in each.so the governors could secretly control the weather.i suspect pelosi and the governor are together in this arson/murder for a high speed rail contract.i think the governor command centers are so states can each have decision making in conditions.this is fed into the weather computer at eglin air force base and then the nexrad units are manipulated for the factors requested.
as congress has control over air force.it could be a decision through congress thats ruining california.what ill say as my belief is fact,nexrad and chemtrails were used to drought cali.the high winds were created by nexrad also.

the primary fires were equadistance apart in a straightish line.a laser strong enough to ignite a real hotspot from a long distance would need more than a drone to energize the laser i suspect.i posted a thread on here years back of a teen who created a laser canon with some of the newer laser led's.445nm blue.445nm blue is very cheap and very good at burning stuff.odds are an invisible/cloaked craft would have the energy requirements to do just that.blue has a serious divergence issue when using commonly available lenses.usually around 1000ft its wattage is too low to burn unless multiples were grouped together.the dot at a thousand feet would be roughly a foot in diameter.maybe less.but a thousand leds mounted on a focussing plate of aluminum with a copper coolent coil attached to an al plate and now you have a dragons tongue.a tr3b meets the requirements of a feasible platform for mounting such and odd focal plate.invisible,low flying,quiet,no serious payload or mounting issues.

tr3bs are known to be generally located in cali.bases and utah bases from my past ufo research.so it would make sense that these craft would fall within the paramenters needed.
