Investors seem a tad low @ 2547 ? so not the uptake that I suspect TDL would have hoped for, wasnt one of thier missions to create Films and TV shows as well as fictional books. ::)
Call me a cycnic but I suspect that the Luis E announcement is to try and stir the UFO field up now that they see 4 Names having so much success with the Lazar film.

I agree and don't forget that George tried to sell the Skin Walker story to Netflix and was turned down... and he ended up with 4 names instead...

I think it would be advantageous for us to discuss elements of the Offering Circular. My early (and basic) observations is the the TTS company is a subsidiary company to TTS AAS and TTS operates on a minor loss.
It has received two loans which total $600,000 from a company called "Our Two Dogs". I am only assuming that this was a Tom DeLonge company (reference of his dogs). That is due to be repaid end of next year and they list it as what they will spend their raised revenue doing.
Tom DeLonge and a couple of his other companies have granted TTS AAS with a 7 year license for intellectual property rights. He is to be remunerated for this license for a minimum of $100,000.
I could have misread the offering circular and ask for others to have input in discussing this but it seems like $5 a share for a start up seems high which will need to raise a high level of capital to sustain paying its executives, developing projects and research.

Tom DeLonge has very cleverly structured his business to basically provide himself with tax write-offs by starting up new companies. A lot of his companies are vertically integrated and/or under the umbrella of a holding company. Any outside investment is most likely a way for him to recoup some of the losses of the investment. Tbh, I'd rather shit in my hands and clap than invest in one of his companies (especially with the minimum investment he's asking for), although full disclosure I haven't gone through the financials with a tooth comb.
