Title: Make or break the egg.
Post by: WhatTheHey on February 13, 2019, 09:28:56 PM
   ;D  ;D  ;D......Just to see what kind of answers we-all can come up with....... ;D  ;D  ;D

                        What came first the chicken or the egg?

                                      This could be lots of fun and funny!

                    A professor I had in college use to ask this in each class, it was fun!

"TRUTH" is a matter of PERSPECTIVE...

IF you are religious then OBVIOUSLY God said "Let there be Chickens!"  and POOF the Aliens beamed down a flock of Chickens

(yes ALL the Gods of Olde are Aliens because the whole lot of them are NOT OF THIS EARTH ergo true ET's :P )

::)

IF you are an Evolutionist, well the egg came first because chickens evolved from dinosaurs, so an egg would have had to be mutated to release a chicken from a dinosaur

IF you believe Aliens came down to earth and manipulated DNA to create Chickens, that would mean the egg came first too, because you cannot alter the DNA of a fully grown bird :P  (unless you believe in Werewolves and such where instant transformation is possible

So...  1 vote for chickens  2 votes for eggs

    Not a lot of interest in this thread, but I thought I may as well give the answer my old professor gave.  It was just for fun in class as well.

    I didn't agree with him totally, but it was a good example of a way of structuring an answer to a specific question.

    This is what he said........ If we take the question at its basic written form, it limits the answer to 1 of 2 things, either the chicken or the egg.  He stressed not going out of those boundaries.  So in his answer the choice is only between a chicken or egg, and not who made it or how it may have been made.  He said, with that in mind, the chicken must come first, for you can't have an egg without something to lay it.   lol

   I don't really agree with him totally, but it does have some scene to it.  lol   ;D  It was fun in class! ;D

   Ellirium113 was there, but didn't say why he thought that, good one thou.   Good ones again Zog.

   Thanks  :)
