:) Howdy A51W, after watching this video it appears to me the section when he is filming the white light very much moves like a person is waving a lighted object about. The light also stays within range of motion a human would have if moving it by hand. During this shot he says hes filming towards Rachel. If he is at the north end of groom road (it looks like that's where he is) there are hills between him and Rachel that would be close to the road hes filming from. This would place this object close to him and therefor indicate it is of small size, again adding to my reason for feeling its being done by hand.
Well, hope I'm not raining on anyone's parade. But that's what it looks like to me. It well be interesting (if you go) to see what you can gleam from the spot.

Analysis of this footage shows none of the telltale characteristics of gravity propulsion technology.
So it is most likely a drone like some of the comments below the video suggest.

:) I still think it moves like something in a human hand that's pretty close to the camera. At one part of the film where the light is moving about, you can see what looks like a human forearm illuminated by the lighted object they are holding. :o
