Care to elaborate on what you see or perceive in these photos? I am assuming these were taken from the ISS?

Most likely.
Whatever they are they were all affected by motion from the camera or from the ISS (if they were taken aboard the ISS)

I agree. If you go to the two links provided, you'll see the entire shot and ALL the stars and their motion.
