Can someone explain to me what research is needed in microgravity conditions?
I have seen several articles about how this can help us in scientific research. And it was also said that the best test experience in microgravity conditions could be given by suborbital flight. Is it true? And what exactly requires such research?
Clarification: The article mentioned that microgravity testing and manufacturing could help produce drugs without the additives that would be needed on Earth.
I don't quite understand how this is possible. Do substances change their molecular structure in space? Or do the reactions happen differently? Explain in a simple way if someone understands.
I don't really know what they were thinking when they said that, but what I understand of it is that when mixing ingredients of any kind for any purpose, gravity pushes the heavier ones to the bottom and keeps the lighter ones on top. Besides that, granular size separation (when smaller particles move to the bottom of a container when the container is shaken) also happens because of gravity, so without gravity you can mix things that are difficult to mix on Earth.
I hope that at least helps you getting in the right direction. :)
here is one of the articles https://www.skyrora.com/post/increasing-interest-for-microgravity-research-skyrora (https://www.skyrora.com/post/increasing-interest-for-microgravity-research-skyrora)
But all such articles do not seem accurate enough to me, I suppose.
The general description is clear to me. But there are no specific examples. Maybe someone knows about something similar? For example, thanks to research in microgravity, we got ... (???)
Your answer clarifies a little. I hope I find something specific.
I don't think we already have final products resulting from microgravity research, but I found these:

Good question Ethan.
My thoughts are that the Suspension is key, keeping particles or parts of a whole evenly mixed and not allowing for certain parts to gather in centralized parts of the whole is what can be accomplished in places where gravity is reduced or less than on Earth.
Where those gravity influenced particles gather however is purely determinate on what the direction of the gravitational force is when the gravity is greater externally than within the atoms in question.
Considering gravity and electricity are intertwined, the forces within an atom are seen typically as travelling in a predictable vector respective of the nucleus, so when an external force of gravity is lessened, perhaps those forces allow for certain elements of the researched chemical or product to "come together" in a more even manner.
Radiation in space and electromagnetic fields which are stronger there could be the key, maybe elements are more stable in that environment, so their behavior during manufacture of molecules becomes more controllable as wel
Where does EM field geometry fit into the discussion I wonder? Is EM field geometry in space more uniform perhaps?
Then again..what is bottom and what is top?
Cheers!

Littleenki asked...
"What is bottom and what is top"
Everything in 3D creation is vectored to the heart centre, with the Northern hemisphere pointing away from the heart centre.
It is all relative to whatever dominant heart centred field one encounters.
The Northern hemisphere is spinning counter clockwise, hence the weather systems are reacting and displacing in that direction.
There is no such force called gravity, there is a displacement of 3D substance vectored towards the dominant heart centre, create a local field of such heart centred and the attraction will be there to the centre.
Thus the centre is the top.
Kevin
Ok, please tell me what 'heart center' means?
Everything in a '3D' creation has to have a 0,0,0....i.e. X, Y, Z
You can decide on where the 0,0,0 starts. Is that what you mean?...
SgtRocknroll,
The 3D mass is created and maintained within it's own unique field.
That field has polarity and equator, the field circumnavigates the mass in counter directions and enters the poles towards the heart centre of the mass where is reverses and exits the opposite pole.
You are exactly the same.
So called gravity is not of the mass , the mass is created by consciousness in 3D, consciousness is in 4D.
It trips across dimensions to create mass and then maintain it.
Everyone is been fooled at looking for so called gravity via 3D
There is no such force as called gravity, it is all by field.....Biefeld Brown.
The field interactions demonstrated by the moon is what enables the tides , and by locally varying the spin fields You can vary the heart centred attraction, which is what creates the displacement of water relative to the counter field interactions.
Viktot Schauberger was the king of spin.

Oh.. :o ::)

Oh.. :o ::)
I fully understand Your reply.
I have an advantage.....
Been able to dowse like I can means I can detect this at all scale.
I say again that up is to the centre, and every so called atom is vectored towards the dominant field it is within, the circulating flows of consciousness layer at multiple altitudes and create local layers of variant so called gravity, if You have been in a plane You should have experienced this.
Kevin
Oh so we're talking about an empirical formula, i.e. giving the proportions of the elements present in a compound but not the actual numbers or arrangement of atoms? Meaning observation or experience rather than theory or pure logic? (I had to look that up BTW..lol)

Yes, that would be great. But now, I have only seen plans for a hotel in orbit. I don't understand why there is money for a hotel, but there is no money for the science centre. Hopefully, people's priorities will change.
