Congresswoman Darlene Hooley asks for an explanation as to why the intelligence behind UFOs would be disabling our nuclear weapons.
Captain Robert Salas suggests that the UFOs are in fact extraterrestrial and they would like to see us get rid of the nuclear weapons. The enormous stockpiles of nuclear weapons has put the world in a crisis situation that they could possibly want to see resolved.
Sergeant David Scott suggests that there could possibly be an alien threat. In June of 2001 President Bush was featured on the mainstream news networks to announce a new military space force and plans for a military base on the moon.
Senator Mike Gravel - "We have one. We have a space force. It is in existence and it has been written about extensively. It's there."
Congresswoman Carolyn Kilpatrick - "Some acknowledge it and some don't"
Captain Bruce Fenstermacher supports Captain Salas's theory that the entities are trying to warn us of the dangers of nuclear weapons. He then goes on to propose information about extraterrestrials be released to the public only if the entities are benign.
Capt. Schindele adds that he is aware of other launch officers who have had similar experiences but have not yet come forward. In fact these incidents were quite common.
Richard Dolan offers his opinion that there is not enough data yet to know precisely why these entities are causing these incidents.

The main ballroom of the National Press Club was configured to resemble a Senate hearing room. There were press areas, an audience area, witness tables and committee tables. Committee members received written statements from witnesses, heard oral statements and asked whatever questions they wished about the subject matter at hand.
Hearing witnesses testified for thirty hours over five days in five morning and five afternoon sessions, each composed of two panels of witnesses, each panel lasting approximately ninety minutes.

Senator Mike Gravel asks the panel if they have any knowledge of the Soviets having similar problems with UFOs interacting with nuclear facilities.
Capt. Robert Sallas details an incident in which a UFO activated the launch sequence on some nuclear missiles in the Soviet Union. The crew was able to shut down the launch sequence. Sallas adds that there were many sightings of UFOs over missile bases.

Richard Dolan adds that his research has shown that the Soviets were more open on this matter than the American. In 1989, at a military base near the nuclear test site of Kapustin Yar, members of two army units noticed a UFO which hovered for hours over the arsenal of the base.

Dolan also mentions a UFO encounter in March 1990 near Moscow in which a UFO was playing games with Russian jet interceptors. Both the Soviet Minister of Defense and Soviet top general for air defense spoke about this event. The Soviet leadership stated that the object was surely not American and was vastly superior to any known technology.

Probably they don't want lose their livestock. And probably genetic material is the most valuable thing in the universe.

I'm open to anything that stops the bleeding.
Seems to me that with so much compartmentalization, theyre all diving for the loose ball, knee jerking and flailing to move up the chain of relevance in media and the public eye.
I havent seen anything from the characters involved that convinces me we are dealing with visitors from elsewhere, and Id surmise that when we do see actual visitors, it will be abundantly clear what we are dealing with.
We are ruled over by megalomaniacs who cannot accept anything less than complete adherence to what they demand we believe, and they surround themselves with media actors tasked with creating an entire society or genre of misdirected followers, just like they do with placing politicians in positions of power who will help them do their bidding
We will know when they are truly here, because if they are as advanced as they would need to be to travel in such a manner as to cover light years, it is highly likely they would reject the world leader's childish narcissism and address the general public directly.

This world is already theirs. They walk among us. We are second class citizens. Hybridisation. Its gradual. as frogs in a boiling pot we will not feel a thing. Untill. who cares anyways? Call me skizo.
That would be the most likely scenario that has them here already, looking like us and impossible to identify, blending in and doing the unthinkable evils we see the deep state/shadow govts doing to society.
Its probably been going on for millennia, and the unfolding events we see today are all part of a millennia old plan.

To me the big to do if they are here may be them trying to reachieve space travel technology so they can either return to their home or bring whoever they left at home to Earth.
Maybe the "Annunaki" never left...and the last time they were close enough to get here it is a distinct possibility that was their last chance for another 3000 years, and that idea aligns with much of the stories weve seen told by Sitchin.
So Russo, who would be your best possible choice for who in our world would be the most powerful pureblood group of "aliens" and are they what we would expect...i.e. Bankers, Globalists, Evil dictators like Biden and Zelensky?
Or are they more stealthy and using those other big shots to mask what theyre doing?
