Well, ideor, youve chosen a worthy subject for your first post, and yes, they are going to have a hard time enforcing any ban, as all planes are equiped with chemtrail sprayers nowadays. look in the trailing edges of any 737 at the airport, and youll see more than meets the eye...I have seen part of the apparatus once years ago when applying for a job at Tampa airport, and we had been ushered into a hangar to interview us.
Right in plain sight was a 737 with the port wing flaps off, and there were four unidentified stainless nozzles protruding from underneath, that werent part of any stabilizer system.
Enough on that though, as I have no proof, and so it's heresay.
If we listen to our fearless leaders, the chemtrails are a result of engine exhaust creating white harmless plumes, that have no chemicals in them.

Why do you think that right after the cold commericals come on, everyone gets a cold?
Have you seen the white vans the Big Pharma and the cold medicine companies use to spread the viruses? I bet you have! Whether you knew it or not!.
And as far as all the terrible things that spring up from New York, where do you think all those odd strains of resistant viruses come from?
Montauk is where, and for every one that gets out..lyme disease, some new encephalitis, and so forth, a dozen more are waiting to be released for the eventual depopulation of Earth.
Practice makes perfect, and when they start spraying the real stuff, we are doomed.

This is actually important to Me, as I presently am "stationed" in Suffolk County. I may attend that meeting if I can get the transportation and am still here. Sounds like a very worthy cause - even if there is no way to enforce.
