Let's see what We can find!
My, what a devilish set of videos, Amy, LOVE it!
Bad electronics guy! baaaad!:D
LOL!
Le
[grin] I haven't looked at them yet - I keep putting it off because every time I watch a Youtube or go to a Flash site, it turns that virus thingy on and My machine starts going slower and slower - until it takes about 30 seconds to draw any tab or window on the screen. And I'm trying to do so much all at once here, that that just aggravates Me to no end.
So... What are they showing...?

They are showing how to destroy the winding in an rf card with a em pulse, and a few other tidbits. Nothing too bizarre, but the page with electronics lessons is a good one for anyone here who wants to understand electricity better!
Cheers!

Ah. Thanks. Still working on routing the virus. Glad I could offer useful info and will look more closely at the link I got (just skimmed a bit initially...).

Ok, tin foilhat on! Im going televangelist on that virus!
GetOut!!evil virus...Be gone!(slap on forehead, and fake faint on your part):D
I'll keep Ya posted on the effectiveness of the exorcism. (I "fainted...")

Thatll be one hundred church bucks please!
Just hand the check to the alter boy, usher, or whatever poor young man is waiting in the aisles for the good pastor to touch him in a "special way" :o
Makes me want to handle snakes! Much safer than Ernest Angley or the Vatican...oops, did say that or think that?
Goodness I love the hypocrisy of religion, it's so refreshing, like a dip in the sun's corona. :P
Cheers!

seems to me the fainting may be a result of qi. so maybe you could qi rfid chips :D

i thought we were gonna try to keep this kind of broad application of the word "hypocrite" isolated to the actual prepetrators? you wanna call me a hypocrite, that's fine, but some of the people you're talking about are just as good as you are.
i'm gonna post a thread on the topic (mentioned by little enki above) so i don't have to respond in threads where it becomes an off topic side track.
The last video was good, it killed an active chip after a few seconds.
The disposable camera circuit is a very good idea 8)
Smashing it with a pointy object works also, but it's kind of visible..
The camera design running a coil is portable, and can be used on implants.
1-3 Joules should be more than enough, that's why any old coil will work 8).
This is the kind of EMP you would expect from a nuke, it would knock out everything not made of bakelite & glass ;D
Now all I have to do is get all this together to knock out MY implant! Heh. Might also buy Me a castle, while I'm at it, for all I can afford that!
Oh, and LE... Sadly, the exorcism failed. [sigh]
The camera trick is easily done, Amy ;)
I'll run through the film for you;
First, get a disposable camera. Ask someone who's back from vacation if you can have it after they hand it in, or ask the guy in the camera shop for one (tell him it's for a kid's high school project).
You don't really need to do all that soldering, like in the film.
Open the camera, without sliding it into the 'on' position.
Remove the battery.
Noting which is the + side of the battery, folow the wire to the PCB and mark it with a pen.
Do the same for the negative wire.
Look for the flash-tube, cut the wires close to the tube, so you have some sticking out on the PCB. There will probably be a 3rd wire, on a metal plate behind or around the tube, remove it, or just bend it out of the way.
Next, you will have to bridge both the 'camera on' contacts (look for the bit of tin on the casing that is the 'on' switch.
Remove it & tape/ glue it onto it's contacts on the PCB.
There will be a similar setup for the 'take picture' button. There will be a bit of copper or tin that bridges 2 contacts on the print, near the capacitor, which is normally a black cylinder with 2 wires on it.
Bridge those 2 contacts also, either with the original bit of tin or some aluminium foil taped over them (be careful to bridge only those 2 and nothing else nearby, and always short out the capacitor with a screwdriver before doing anything! (sorry i should have said that first, oops)
Now all you have to do is get some insulated copper wire, about 1 foot long. It can be 'lamp wire' one side only, or enamelled copper wire from an old transformer. Telephone wire makes great coils! Just untwist the pairs until you have just 1 strand in it's plastic (you can even choose a nice colour from the many available ;))
Wind a coil of 6-10 turns, 1 or 2 inches in diameter, wind them all on top of each other, so you get a ring shaped coil.
Twist one end of the wire onto one of the old flashtube wires, the other one you leave loose. You can also join it to the other flashtube wire with a doorbell pushbutton or similar.
Then you connect or tape the battery to the + and - wires (or even use the original battery holder if you are a bit creative)
Place the coil over the implant (making sure that you can NOT touch the bare wires to the coil, tape them up or wear rubber gloves).
The field will go right through the gloves so it doesn't matter.
When the neon is lit, or after 30 seconds if no neon is present, you connect the other wire of the coil to the flashtube wire, preferably with the doorbell switch, but insulated pliers ur just nudging it with a screwdriver (NOT a mains tester) and there will be a spark.
That's it. You may feel something, but i doubt it. The pulse is so short that the chip will be destroyed & the momentary heat will be dissipated before your skin even registers it as heat.
I hope this may be useful, please remember that once that capacitor is charged, it can kill you, so always short it out first, and even after removing the battery, it will have a lethal voltage.
As a general rule, you tape everything up & connect the battery at the last moment.
But the field from the coil is perfectly safe, you wouldn't feel a thing, IMO.
Thanks, Luke. I will see if I can find all the "ingredients" - but the wire is likely to be the most difficult. Anyway, I have the instructions now and when I get things together I can go for it.
I forgot to add something, as usual ::)
Keep all metal objects well away from the coil!
If you are wearing any jewellery that comes near the coil, take it off first.
Someone on Yootoob is using a bigger version of this to crush coke cans, the EMP is so strong, it will cause any metal to deform, and even jump in the air (yes it's levitation, it's all part of the same physics).
There's not much metal in the chip, it's mostly silicon, and a tiny bit of gold.
If the discharge is strong enough, the chip could very possibly move, but with the camera trick the power is limited by the size of the capacitor.
It won't be enough to have that kind of effect, but it will fry the pathways in the chip.
Hoping i haven't worried you too much :D but if you do it as per instructions, it will take a few seconds, and you won't feel a thing ;D
Just for fun, jou could run it again, putting various metal objects in the coil.
They could well hit the ceiling, or fly off at odd angles, so be prepared & place the doorbell switch well away from the coil, & maybe wear goggles etc.
I'm estimating that they will jump a few feet in the air, so not really harmful...
8)
ETA: Needless to say, keep the coil at least 8 feet away from any electronics, cellphones, credit cards, usb sticks, digital watches etc.. :o
Thats what I was thinking PWM, dont operate it where you built it!LOL!
Go outside and do it, those matal bits will fly! Watch the guy with the rodin coil on youtube put his eye out almost, when a magnet flies up like a bullet!LOL!
Good advice, though, very good! :)
Le
Wow. Yes. I will keep that in mind! I want both M'eyes!
EMP ain't that useful, if your gizmoZ_z are about to've been chipped ::)
