Hey astr0144!
Thats an expensive way to practice at about four hundred bucks a model!

The drones we will see will be very different from a model helicopter, and will exhibit a near invisible attitude in flight.

Aside from pinpointing where the shots come from, they will be equipped with tag beacons, that can tag anything they want to come back and see.

We are going to have to be vigilant and watch for an overshadowing control by our future government, but with their level of tech, we are like goldfish trying to strike out at someone walking by the bowl.
Cheers!

Hi Littleenki,

You make some valid points....no doubt no one of moral standards will
consider shooting at any Drones if they are within a city or where there is human civilians at the risk hitting someone.

I think we would need to be very careful if considering shooting at them.

I just found this video which shows some other ways that we are being spied upon...more total surveillance and control.

its becoming a very frightening world and one wonders what it is coming to!  one never knows who is watching or where we are being observed.

One needs only to read 1984 & Brave New World and then mesh them to have a clue "what it is coming to."

Hi Bobathorne,

Yes not all is bad, BUT it does appear that now its becoming far too much
than what it really needs to be...

I suppose some of it depends upon ones beliefs..

if you believe that 9/11 was done by a outside terrorist organisation then yes one could see valid reason for my surveillance...

After studying Alex Jones information for some time...he has convinced me that much of the terror plots have been created by the US Gov..inc 9/11..and according to him this was done to give the powers that be , more reasons / excuses to bring in more surveillance to keep check on us all and allow them more power and control over us..

Maybe you disagree, or have other particular reasons to believe that there should be so much more surveillance..

Drone hunters: Why are Americans lining up to shoot down drones?

News reports about government spying – including the use of drones in the US – are worrying many Americans. In protest, one tiny Colorado town is issuing "drone hunting" licenses.

President Obama says the US government doesn't spy on ordinary Americans with aerial drones or any other technology.

But in the tiny Colorado prairie town of Deer Trail (pop. 500), residents aren't taking the most powerful man on earth at his word. Instead, they've invented a new pastime: drone hunting. And there's lots of interest. Over 1,000 people have already applied for the novelty license, though the town won't actually vote on the proposal until Oct. 8.

It's a half-serious initiative intended as a symbolic protest against what many in the town, and around the country, see as an emerging and increasingly sinister American surveillance state. At the very least, the $25 licenses could raise some revenue for Deer Trail, a rickety plains outpost in a state being considered by the Obama administration for experimental use of civilian drones.

The Federal Aviation Administration issued a stern warning that it's against federal law to shoot down unmanned drones. "Shooting at an unmanned aircraft could result in criminal or civil liability," the agency warned this week
