The Theory (or what there is of it) is mainly here;

Good luck!
Basically, the ring is a composite of Neodymium, Nylon, Iron, Copper layers.
There is an AC waveform magnetised onto the Neo ring, and the small 'rollers' are miniature versions of the ring, they are also magnetised in this speacial way.
When a small voltage is applied to the plate, the rollers spin around, generating yet more voltage, more spin etc.
The second ring amplifies the first ring, & the rollers go even faster.
3rd ring, and they go faster still.
All the time, the rings act as accumulators & diodes, forcing electrons to the outer edges.
Well that's the theory, at any rate. We will see if it works later, there are issues ::)
Here's an unfinished document on the laws, including this rather neat diagram, which i have pinned to my wall to remind me of electrical relationships when building circuits LOL

And this one, called 'materials evaluation';

More to come....
OK pic fixed...
