Easy...poured in place slab walls, and roof...walls and roof up in three days..interior completed in two weeks...been ther done that!

Have done dozens of these jobs and they are so easy, and super strong! Just be sure to tell him to ask for fiber reinforced concrete..its a tiny bit more, and has killer tensile strength!
Also, the roof is wind proof! Cant lift it without over 350 mph winds!
