As long as this does not impact anything the American government wants to do, they will ignore it.  If it ever does, however, Homeland Security will simply shoot everyone concerned, and declare them domestic terrorists.  They'll basically make another Waco out of it.

I will make two very safe predictions about this.

a}  Nobody under the age of 40 cares about this.
b}  Less than 100 people care about this.

As a result, the people in question are well within the range of those, that the DHS can get away with assassinating, while keeping plausible deniability intact.

He's probably a fraud.  Most people who make these sorts of announcements and claim to be speaking for the Native Americans, generally are.  They're understandably becoming rather sick of it, from what I've read.  They seem to be deeply frustrated over the fact that people (even those who are often nominally of their own ethnic group) invariably tend to view Native Americans in general as being more like an exhibit in a theme park such as Disneyland, rather than as a real, living, entirely legitimate ethnicity; and that said people then try and cash in, by doing the equivalent of selling tickets on "Native American," rides.

Never mind the fact that the genocide has already occurred; psychologically speaking, in a lot of ways, the above is actually even worse.

OK, Amy, you started this journey to Native America, so we happily share the following.

Former Hopi Tribal Chairmen respond to false reporting by Hopi Chairman Shingoitewa Concerning Senate Bill 2109, Navajo-Hopi Little Colorado River Water Rights Settlement Act of 2012.

Hopi Tribal Chairman LeRoy Shingoitewa and Council Representative George Mase have been giving out false information that the Hopi Tribe approved Senate Bill 2109, the Navajo-Hopi Little Colorado River Water Rights Settlement Act of 2012, when in fact, the Hopi Tribal Council, by a vote of 11 for, 4 against, and 0 abstentions, rejected the Kyl bill on June 15, 2012. Over 100 tribal members witnessed this historic event.


Representatives from the Hopi villages, traditional leaders, allottees, and tribal members provided overwhelming objection to, and rejecting Senate Bill 2109 through written and oral testimony in a packed Hotevilla Elderly Center.

Senate Bill 2109 favors non-Indian parties including owners of the Navajo Generating Station and the Peabody Coal Company; requires waiver of Hopi aboriginal and federal reserved water rights to the Little Colorado River; and waives any future claims for damages done to the Navajo Aquifer and sacred springs by Peabody Coal Company and owners of the Navajo Generating Station.


After hearing the people's testimony, the Hopi Tribal Council passed Resolution No. H-072-2012 rejecting Arizona Senator Jon Kyl's Senate Bill 2109.

But, Shingoitewa has refused to sign this resolution forcing the former elected tribal leaders to file a formal complaint to the Hopi Tribal Council and demanding Shingoitewa's immediate removal.

Hopi Council Resolution H-072-2012 not only rejects Senate Bill 2109, it also prohibits Shingoitewa, the Water & Energy Team and the Hopi Tribal Council from further negotiations on Senate Bill 2109, including the Settlement Agreement. It also requires Hopi Chairman Shingoitewa to report the official position of the Hopi Tribe to Senator Kyl and the Department of Interior on the formal rejection of Senate Bill 2109.

Leroy Shingoitewa and George Mase have been providing false and misleading information that the Hopi Tribe approved and endorsed the Kyl bill.

They are doing this so they can continue the Little Colorado River water rights negotiations.

Any negotiations by Hopi tribal officials would be in direct violation of Resolution H-072-2012 and would be grounds for Serious Neglect of Duty charges under the Hopi Tribe's constitution.

Shingoitewa convened an illegal tribal council meeting on June 21, 2012, to force passage of a council resolution to "endorse" Senate Bill 2109. This he did out of total disrespect for the Hopi and Tewa people's rejection of the Senate bill. Upon hearing of this action, many tribal members are angered and are demanding immediate removal of Hopi Chairman Shingoitewa and George Mase.




The official position of the Hopi Tribe is embodied in Resolution H-072-2012 which rejects Senate Bill 2109 and the proposed Settlement Agreement.

native americans only problem is alcohol.
if they would smoke pot and ban alcohol,they could get this country back.
if you believe the book of mormon,they say the indians may be the tribe of eli.this tribe was banned from alcohol.but pot was part of the ointment they put on their head and what was burned in the temple.
they were smokin it when us whities got here.

i know its a crazy theory with no real facts but if the key fits, who cares.
also doesnt cherokee sound alot like cherub key?

Just a note here...  I am not for any banning of anything except where it hurts Others directly and tangibly.  If People want to drink alcohol, as long as Their behavior does not hurt Others... [shrug]

This is an encouraging number.  The only way secession for even one state is going to occur successfully, is for a sufficient number of states to push for secession simultaneously, that the federal government no longer has sufficient manpower to beat said states into submission.

Federalism is a Service to Self polarised concept, and the Union is an invention of the cabal.  It is an abomination which is counter to dynamic/natural organisation, and must be resisted.

The goal was to have a number of large federal states serve on intermediate terms, before the final implementation of their real goal, which is global government.  I applaud secession wherever the concept is being persued, because I understand that individual countries should be small.

Last report on Twitter was that there are petitions in all 50 states...
