Has anyone ever seen this footage or came across a UFO researcher called James Gilliland...
Just wondered if hes respected in the UFO arena or classed as a hoaxer...
From What I can see what is shown on the video looks genuine in terms of the objects ( moving lights ) being seen...but the question is are they UFOs or aircraft / man made objects of some sort.
Reminds me of something similar to what is described in Dans ( shot in the dark ) "Charles Hall and The Tall Whites" thread where UFOs come and go from a Area 51 mountain side.

Hi Astr0144, I have spent a lot of time in Trout Lake, before Mr. Gilliland established his ranch there. It is a beautiful place at the foot hills of Mt. Adams and next to Mt St. Helens. I have never personally seen anything like Mr. Gilliland and guests seem to experience there. But, I will say the place has a very magical quality about, and anything is possible. I have some reservations about the sightings, but can't quite put my finger on why.
I believe the youtube is from a year or so ago. If I get more time, I will have to tell you why I was there, but need to be somewhere, Rats!

James is definitely no hoaxer. I have put up vids of trout lake ufo sightings from James ranch on this forum.
James usually can tell people what time and what from area a ufo will appear and they do.
Now that is one I have got somewhere on here, where is the darn thing.

Good to see that you think that James maybe legit !...
If this is true...and this appears so frequent...surely by know they would have some genuine evidence and proof of what those objects are and where they come from on the mountain side.

The only thing that those videos prove is that there are sometimes light sources visibly there. The fact that someone knows when and where they occur also has obvious implications.....

I am surprised at your statement Pimander. As one of the techs said from the Pennstate Paranormal Group, the light coming from the east was about 28,000 miles up.
I dont think James has information with tptw that allows him to tell people that a craft will appear at 10.00 p.m. at that height. I dont think tptw would give him knowledge of that even if they did have a craft that could do that.
There are plenty of phenomena that goes on at Lake Trout besides ufo sightings.
But I respect your opinion as I respect you. James is a very spiritual man and I respect him greatly.
Before we go any further, I am not saying we know that there has been a hoax or that nothing strange happens out there. But
PROOF is a word we should use with caution.

Yes he said that. However, do we know how he ascertained this fact. Has it been published how this was calculated? Someone saying something is not proof.
I have seen a UFO at close quarters alongside 2 other witnesses. How is it possible for me to prove this to the world? I know non-conventional craft fly in Earth's air space for a fact. That is not proof of anything to the world in general though.
Perhaps, if the craft was at the height the guy said, there really was something very large and bright in the sky. There are so many things it could be that it still doesn't prove anything other that there was a light there.

You are quite possibly correct about that. The trouble is we don't know.
I'll give you a scenario. The altitude that the expert gave was about three times that of a normal plane in flight. That puts it at the altitude a surveillance plane, surveillance blimp or stealth "bomber" could operate at. What if tests or flights are regular and James knows when they take place? He may even think they are what he claims....
I'm not saying we know that something underhand has to be happening. But there are so many possible explanations that to use the word proof is stretching it.

I am also a highly spiritual person. I still understand that out of respect for truth, I use the word proof rarely. ;)
