MOSCOW -- "Men in Black" agents K and J may be about to recruit a new Russian assistant: Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
Medvedev has spoken about top secret files on aliens that may have landed in Russia.
In footage recorded Friday after a television interview, the former president joked that each Russian leader gets two folders with information about extraterrestrials that visited our planet – and stayed here.
Unseen on camera footage, he is heard telling a Ren TV journalist he could not tell "how many of them are among us, because it may cause panic." He said more details could be found in Barry Sonnenfeld's "Men in Black" films.
During his 2008-2012 presidency, Medvedev showed a sense of humor slightly more subtle than Putin's sometimes brutal jokes.

If it were a joke, wouldn't there be laughter? I don't understand russian, but I do know when people are saying something funny.
Well if we take such writings as "The Books of E'NOCH" and others seriously,
(a Record involving Historical writings) then we are Half Alien,
through Genetic Engineering anyway. :D
So why are some, still looking for Aliens ?
We only need to look at our own body we experience, to find the Alien... LOL.. :D

I had read this article in a few places earlier to see how valid this proclaimed tabloid release was, but as Z has stated, just enough to 'Plausible Deni-ability' so leaves us on the fence.
Seems as he got a bit perturbed when the laughter broke out, or maybe it is just a pixellation issue with the YT link, not sure, M.I.B> "Who would of thought?" ???

Remember when the Russian Navy Files came out about UFO encounters is Russia's Lake Baikal that was huge when it came out then I believe they claimed that was a joke also. ;)

Yes, I faintly remember this being discussed across tables. Very enticing story, if not for Alien activities sake, our Geothermal understanding of our planet, but still can't be antiquated too being an "Earthly Made" signature.

Yes the 2 huge circles in the ice one at either end. Looks to me like an entrance an exit. That lake is supposed to be incredibly deep also. There's no doubt in my mind if we know the Russians know. With aliens it seems to be the only subject Govts can agree to keep there mouths shut about.

Though I'm not a Geologist, or a Physicist, but it is strange how they form either with in the proximity of rolled circulating would take place? Both places with in inlet's and next to the tail of the water shed creating Whirlpools keeping water molecules more active, there by allowing the water too remain unfrozen, in retrospect of how odd this seems too be.
Just a fore thought of explanation. I live in an area that ice fish regularly, and these areas are created in something as small as rivers, never have to chop or cut a hole in these areas. , But then again, it hasn't happen the same way "Every Year" but just an observation.

On Friday, December 7 2012, the current Russian Prime Minister and former President, Dmitry Medvedev, made some startling off-air comments to reporters while his microphone was still switched on.
He was asked whether the President is given any secret files on extraterrestrials while in office.
In his responses, Medvedev not only confided that extraterrestrials are visiting the Earth, but that some are actually living among us.
He went even further to say that the Russian documentary, "Secrets about Men in Black", could give you more details about this issue.

I am brand new to this forum, but when I saw this response to the Russian ET documentary by Sky Otter, several old dreams came to mind. Perhaps some of you can relate? Here are two of those dreams:
1) As a scout craft crew member I am equipped with an instrument (not unlike a gun) that melts frozen streams--like prejudiced minds....
