As promised recently, I took a quick break to share with you a preview of some of the big things in store for 2013.
Esteemed member Paulie (as Thor would say ;) ) joined the fray a few months ago and came straight out of the gate with both processors blazing, with his first impressive work, that is a hint of things yet to come, and hasn't looked in the rear view mirror since.

Get out of Bed People and see that this section is of value, along with videos THAT are of the "Real Deal", that also gave the whole UFO A51 scene any credence to begin with. 8)
I don't know what staring a Gift Horse Looks like but hey.. I would rather stare this video in the face than a angry horse any day ya fools :P
I am assuming this is a UFO sighting over A51 area, but there is really nothing too relate what we are looking at after enhancement of being processed, wheres the original footage? Then I can understand what I am suppose too be seeing.
For the most part, the object looks as if it is vacuuming surrounding ambient energy and using it as a propulsion, which is very interesting for many things I have on my plate for digestion. Very interesting indeed.
So, maybe a little dialog, a bit of the original footage or something to make what we are looking at a bit more understandable for discussion?

Thanks for posting your Christmas Present to us P.R.C Area 51 Saucer researchers.... 8)
Trying to compare with your earlier footage without seeing it side by side is difficult from memory alone or re watching the origional to recall in more specific detail..
But I do get the impression that we are seeing some differences..
Some footage is a bit hard to decipher at the moment without knowing the full details as to how it varies..
Some details on the video footage is showing things that I am not sure if it is grain texture on the film or something else..
The Films shows a series of Black, Green and Purple , blue ( Teal ) colors..
Is this Paulies work and if so it be explained why these effects are shown and what they represent ?
But other parts do show some impressive close up of the Saucer that may be different from your other footage that you did showing the color changes.......
The Footage between about the 5 to 8 min time shows what seems a closer up of the object...
I am sure that we all look forward to whats to come in 2013.

I will leave the answers to your questions to the maestro himself, but there are a couple I can answer -
- no footage side by side because this is a rough draft preview I hurried out to share.
- the blocks of color you refer to and what they represent is - scatter!
As you turn up the brightness of this footage, it becomes more and more apparent.
Normally a processors job is to increase the brightness of an object but NOT increase the background scatter.
I have in fact perfected a method for doing this, and provided sets to Paulie to work with, however...
As you can see in this video he created from early sets that have not had the scatter removed yet, they actually end up serving as background to show us what direction the craft is moving!
I'll leave the rest of the questions to Paulie.

What we're seeing here is footage essentially 80% slowed, with a somewhat ham-handedly applied FCP HSV Filter (Levels, Saturation,Etc.), with no Channel Blurring. It's essentially the extreme slo-mo Donkey Kong 8 bit-Palooza...our more recent "Gold Master" work on these same original frames is absolutely more evocative(and you'll all be the first to see it, naturally), but- this very basic pass on our bone-fide "fast mover" is a great preview of what I must point out is the best and most weighty work I'VE ever done on the subject.
And, frankly Gentlemen and Ladies, you ain't seen NOTHIN' yet.
The bottom line here for a processor is: Process to Clarity. Sometimes this involves pace slowing for context - other times or in both cases color manipulation to coax real detail out of OG analog frames - or in the case of more recent A51 Watcher work - wading in showing context (I.E. original frames-albiet processed) AND aligned and centered detail panels so we can SEE in a time-lapsed model what these Herbie the Love Bugs are doing.
News Flash: When you flex anti-gravitics, "time" goes right in the crapper, flapper.
Simultaneous physical bi-location(or tri-quad-etc)? Yes. Clearly this is occurring when we process carefully and let every last frame tell its tale.
Excellent stuff. Historic, profound stuff.

Much of it is out side of my knowledge, but I envision that this is your area of expertise and that you can improve upon the film footage to make it clearer for us all to see...
I did come across one or two other things A51 that I have not seen before...that I will await for you to bring up rather than comment on it just now....

Thank you! I had something like that bouncing around in my head but couldn't put my finger on it. I was almost thinking jellyfish but they don't have the sudden movement capability.

I have to mention that this version of my footage was the first clue I had there was more to be seen than just a white blob of light dancing around on the screen.
Not long after this I was able to show Bob there was more to his footage as well.
