The Quest of all alchemists...
The philosopher's stone is a legendary alchemical substance said to be capable of turning base metals (lead, for example) into gold or silver. It was also sometimes believed to be an elixir of life, useful for rejuvenation and possibly for achieving immortality. For many centuries, it was the most sought-after goal in Western alchemy. The philosopher's stone was the central symbol of the mystical terminology of alchemy, symbolizing perfection at its finest, enlightenment, and heavenly bliss. Efforts to discover the philosopher's stone were known as the Magnum Opus ("Great Work").
A Myth you say? And what does this have to do with Nuclear Plants..
Well hold on to your hats...
Mercury(Hg) + Electricity = Gold(Au)
Published on Dec 27, 2012
In March of 1924 Man Discovered the Secret of Alchemy. Since 1954. 31 countries have built 435 nuclear power plants. I'd say all of them were designed to preform this operation. Generating electricity may not be the primary use, as? we have been told. They have had the ability to commercially produce gold for 58 years. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There really is no telling how much they have stock piled..Mercury's current market price = $1.25 oz. / Gold is $1,655 oz.

Well how about that eh?
Now it makes sense why the most prestigious University in the Fusion fields also has a department that has the ancient Rosicrucian Alchemist documents on file
Yes Z, seems fact can be stranger then fiction when it comes to such topics as teh Sourcereers Stone. We have discussed how scientists aren't just going fo rteh gold as it were, but actually rearranging metals molecularly for different applications.
Scinece is really important to us a civilization, and affordable energy is on the front page for acclimation, when and if we ever get someone in office to let us have it, it is a conundrum of damned if you do, damned if you don't scenario.

So, how log does it take them to make how much gold?
Is it worth it?
Being possible doesn't mean it's commercially viable.
Just imagine how pointless all that would be if We developed plenum energy. And didn't need it for "richness..." But They can't use plenum energy openly, so it's evil nuclear energy to create the electricity.
