very interesting indeed. My PC is still on the fritz, "Can anyone tell me what the Cargo was in the truck?" IF this is for real, puts a whole new light on what is about to transend as for "March 12TH, 2013" as John Capello has told me about. Now we are seeing things unfold, has anyone taken this story to the fullest investigation yet for being proof positive?

Led to believe it's actual footage from a CCTVish cam. There was a news story in a fer'n language that also had this footage.
Didn't find this on YT - it was embedded at another site - so I missed the comments. Yeah, seems it's likely fake.
There was a thread on ATS. They said it was a hoax.. Part of a promotion of an F 1 race or something. I will try and find and copy.

The agency from this clip seem to have no online presence, which is peculiar. Secret channel?
The original footage seems to come from the Pacific News Center (www.pacificnewscenter.com...) Although i was not able to find it on their site, it is possible they don´t store them online but that the newscast was recorded by a customer from their TV. (How to tune in to this one?)
There seem to be an obscene amount of extra work involved to make a separate version in a different language like this if it is just a hoax. Unsure myself.

If you look at the video at 1M :06sec, there is a cylindrical after shock going across the ground in all directions, also can see a strange intstance where the cargo door looks strange. Not sure at this point what too make of this, but very alarming if proved to be real.

Yes, everything points to a hoax:
- the unexisting TV station
- the German accent (according to German people) not good enough for a TV station
- the bad animation of the people near the truck
- the fact that they say the cargo is missing and people should look for it but they don't say what it was
- the lack of other reports about it
- the fact that the police cars and the uniforms are not what the German police uses today
- the "metal like liquid" may be related to the "Liquid and Metal" slogan used by Petronas, a sponsor of the Mercedes F1 team. Mercedes' headquarters are in Stuttgart and the F1 season starts in two weeks.
But I guess there's more, if we look for it. :)
