Title: lumpd under your armpits
Post by: robomont on March 06, 2013, 04:47:49 PM
I was watching the view and little liz mentioned lumps under her armpits and blamed manicures.

Well when i lived in orlando i was a landscaping forman.i use to eat citrus fruit everyday.after a while of doing this i developed lumps under my armpits and got scared i had cancer.i went to a doctor and he suggested i get a biopsy.
I called my mom and told her ahout it.she told me my uncle had the same thing happen to him and it was because of eating too much citrus.
so i cut it out for awhile and the lumps went away in about two days.
my guess is elizabeth is probably using citrus cleaner on her nails and that is what happened her.

So before somebody else freaks out over a lump.please consider my suggestion.

What did the little lumps look like ?

I recall an experience once at work where i started to get white lumps on my hands which caused me quite some alarm at the time as I thought I had sensitized to Poly Urethane... freaked a few people out at work that I may have sensitized to PU :D

I believe that it was infact a form of Tinea that spread from my feet  :(

These can be felt under the skin as they are swollen lymph glands.
Most of the time it doesnt effect the lymph glands in the throat but it sometimes does the ones in the groin area.mostly under the armpits only though.

Ahh ok thats pretty interesting  :)

Yeah these ones I was talking about were little white bumps about a 3-5mm in DIA.

I guess I am lucky in that I can eat orange's and other citrus till the chooks come home to roost so to speak :D

My Fave drink in the world is Orange, Pom and Pineapple made at home :D
