They must have sent this thing to Bob Lazars shop in Michigan for the some gravity Amplifiers!!! maybe United Nuclear is his cover in Michigan and hes secretly working for one of the Big 3 in Detroit  :P

This Volkswagen concept car was introduced here by micjer about 2 weeks ago. micjer presented it in reply #36 in the below link.

VW refers to it as a "hover car, ", hovering over an "electromagnetic roadway".
