Balloon of some sort....I don't see any obvious pattern of movement..And video ended before we could see the "Departure"...Possible examples for "Solar Balloons"..:

Thanks guys - Looks like I should familiarise my self with those there solar balloons.
would have to lean towards it being a solar balloon; is definitely suggestive of being an inflated bag of something, does not give characteristics of structural rigidity...
but what do i know...
