Not really, but having more than one person saying something would help the credibility. :)
I'm not so sure what that is all about!
I have seen a few reference's to SDR (Software Defined Radio) and HARRP though. Which one cannot draw too much upon, but at the same time interesting. It would be especially more interesting if we all got into to see if we could collaborate between what is claimed and OTHR, and a myriad of other method's of that nature as you never know, someone with some knowledge may just pop in and see that we are not based on "HARRP is ruining our minds" or, "HARRP is just a Radio" crowd.
One sorta quick example that may get you on the ground running is this video which i found for this post.

I'm actuallly pretty suprised SDR has not been a bigger topic here as it's pretty cheap to enter into. All you need is a computer of some sort and a USB TV Tuner ;D
May be off topic. We are bombarded 24/7 with radio waves, micro waves,
television, cell phone, and maybe haarp,and more..What effect could this
have on our physical and mental well-being?? We, as a civilation, seem to

For the sake of beating a dead horse ;D
SDR has been in use by the military for 50 years. It was used in all satellite comms and most Air Traffic Control Systems (Military).
It basically replaces all the Analog front end (Filters, Detectors, Preamps) with digital gates which are controlled by Software. The actual demodulation is performed by Software algorithms.
The fact that it hasn't taken of in Civvy land, is because of the suppression of it. They are making it harder and harder to obtain the required high precision components to make one.
I have seen a few kits, but the SNR is usual astronomical.
You can change freqs/bands by just tuning the Software instead of in the old system where you had to have different radios with specific Tuning sections to tune each band.
It still doesn't get you out of having a good antenna though!
