As I'm an electro-chemist and have studied atomic physics I find it quite interesting that the classical mechanics for atoms is behaving in a similiar way as they precess around their axes at a frequency and magnetic field. Separated by oceans on each side of earth and in completely different time-epochs but much of the same mythology. The snake was also represented in both these civilizations.
