I don't really buy into this Reptilian stuff. OTOH, I have long wondered what happens to a national culture with a high percentage of people on psychoactive drugs.

Kerry isn't a reptilian. He's a very strong/severe traumatised/secondary (non-inherent/neurological) psychopath who was turned when he was inducted into Skull and Bones.
Not one of the Lizard Hearted, in other words, but one of their strong converts. He is IMHO more heavily/intimately in the club than Obama. The psychopaths don't actually want to corrupt Obama too strongly, IMHO; if he is visibly sociopathic, he will lose his ability to relate to the public. They learned that with Bush, and they want a good, genuinely charismatic, accessible front man now. Zigniew and Kerry are Obama's handlers, but apart from that, the cabal do not want to be seen as too closely/visibly associated with him.
Obama is bent enough that he will follow orders, and even in many cases want to follow them, but he isn't that far gone that he has lost the ability to talk to the public on said public's own level. That is what the cabal want.
The cabal basically has around four levels.
a} Puppets. Obama is one of these, as is anybody who makes it to the Presidency. Hillary Clinton to a large extent is as well; although she gets spoken to a little more openly I think, because of the degree of her own psychopathy. Obama knows about hardball, but he still likes to believe that he is doing the right thing, for the most part, so they have to be a little more careful with him. Hillary would be higher level, but as with W, her psychopathy is a debilitating type, which means her capacity for judgement is impaired.
b} Handlers. Kerry and Zigniew are handler tier. George HW was as well, largely; despite being a President himself. W was somewhere between handler and puppet tier; the lines blurred a little bit in his case. He had Cheney as a handler, though. These are liaisons who transfer information between the cabal's less visible people, and their frontmen/puppets. They are given orders for the puppets, and the puppets get orders from them. Handlers are still fairly visible, but you don't hear about them quite as often.
c} Semi-invisibles. People like David Rockefeller and Henry Kissinger live here, and Zigniew has a certain amount of overlap between being a handler and this level. These are people who make decisions, but they still aren't top level, and are considered sufficiently expendable, that they are allowed to have a certain amount of public exposure. Despite them still being fairly secretive, it serves the cabal's purposes to have a few front men at this level; it creates an illusion of transparency with the public.
d} Full invisibles. This is your Palpatine tier. The top level members of the Rothschilds, and various other exceptionally nasty characters inhabit this level. These are people who make the overall decisions; and generally speaking they are never discussed either in the media, or in public. If the Reptilians exist anywhere within human society, they exist at this level. They do not like exposure.

2012 he shows up for the state of the union address with a busted nose and black eyes. Kerrys handler claims he got them from a friendly hockey game stick across the face. Now that's funny cause Obama had a similar fate occur Nov 2010 to him in a friendly game of hoops when he to showed up with a busted lip, 12 stitches and bruised ribs. Than we had Bush who also showed up numerous times with scrapes, bruises and contusions to the face. Must be tough going being a killer of sorts.
