I wasn't going to bother anyone on this but it did happen the other day, well actually early morning like 5am. I gets a call, did you hear about the bridge, naw, I heard nothin bout any bridge. So I get some emails and ok, turn on the digital by law tele-vison and behold, the leo friggin bridge across green bay is like, boing.
One of many span pilings sunk in the wetlands area under the suspension and the bridge buckled for about 400 feet both ways. I been on and over that bridge many a time and its fun cause it shakes and you can see way out on the bay and downtown green bay.
Everyone in town was on camera fallin all over themselves reporting it and all the city officials had to be given face time on all the networks as was the DOT guys and girls cause you know its only fair this make everyone look important and stand shoulder to shoulder for the challenge.
I don't really give a rats tail bout this but since it made the dailymail in the uk I thought I better let you in on this historic moment.
Wanna know what this leo friggin bridge is famous for here in green bay... ZOMBIES jumping off it to their deaths. Ya, really. Oh and when fog shrouds the bridge people just love to mass car and truck pile up there for some more news coverage.
