Edit: I see now that this is from March 2013, apparently.
Fb has more foreign accounts than american accounts.i dropped fb about two years ago.teenagers are also dropping fb.they are a censoring and intelligence gathering tool.only old people and the naive use it now.its gotten to be as intrusive as google.
Its also how i tell who is a gov schuck.if a page says log in to comment using fb twitter g+ or disgus.red flag.i try to only post when its anon.i still use disgus but very little.i hope they all go broke in my lifetime .nobody likes an eavesdropper.

Looking for photos of ballast tanks shows many different versions of the same idea.

In fact everthing is monitored. Text Messages, emails, phone calls, forum discussions in general.....anything electronic leaves a trail. And a permanant one.
How else are they knowing about cybor bullying, or kiddie porn or other illegal activities. It is all being watched.
Never put anything in writing that could incriminate you. There may be a knock at your door if it is serious enough.

Neighbors still do... they call in if you leave your trash can on the curb a day late, have a broken car in the driveway or you haven't raked your yard. The County law is reactive meaning they won't act unless there is a complaint We pretty much know who is doing it... one Mormon busy body woman who thinks the whole community is her personal project.
FB deletes photos and posts so much I loose track. Its a waste of time posting any real info there because a) it gets edited, and b) it moves by so fast only a few even see it and c) most people on FB are idjits that don't get it anyway

The ONLY value to facebook is linking Pegasus so the search engines collect the stats :D and occasionally you find a good article or person like Brien Foerster (someone I would like to invite here)
