Why does it say "-50.05 below average"?

If it's below average it's not an attack.

I have to see if I can get more information about it.

If you look at the color scale.red is the worst? and the entire country almost is red.

What is going on here?
What does that map show?
What color would it be if a billion more attacks happened tomorrow.
Personally i guess black because the screen would be dead.but maybe its just ants eating on fiber optics?

I think the maximum is always red, the minimum is always that light blue, only the scale changes.
