Yes these issues bother me too.except for the xray one.
The only good part is its hard to police folks when people dont get out due to lack of resources.plus there will be no resources for police either.in my county they are paying for police cars using skim off of commisary.
Those with the highest tech resources will have the edge over policing.but with the economy crashing.expensive toys are getting limited.
Because of this.police are desperate to cut corners.like basically cheating at the law by being like stalkers.or like dwi for pot.desparate for more income.
