I wanted to put this out there cause someone I know just today had an email sent to me from his yahoo account that is accessed from the mobile phone.
I get the email from this individual using the business name. I recognize the email as safe but when I opened it, it was a link with the business name at the bottom as well as from and the subject line. So the this individuals name is in three places.
I call the individual and ask if they sent an email to me which they said no and I said well I just got one from yahoo with their name all over it and I asked, did you know that, to which they laughed and said yahoo does that and I say no, it came from you via yahoo with numerous .gov contacts cc'd in.
The laugh now turned to, you better send me the header information which had the senders return yahoo, and another return recipient included.
I see apps for androids that want to have access to private data and the above tells you just how trusting you should be when downloading apps.
I think this unsuspecting individual downloaded an app and now has a compromised phone.
