This is interesting, not quite sure what
to think about this. I also noticed
that some leaders are wearing a
triangle pin, but not all of them.
Also can not determine if this
is a holograph?

It's not a holograph, at the end we can see that it's a structure, with dark parts connecting the bright parts.
Ok, from the looks of the Title at the start of the video,
I found this news which is likely where this video is from:
World leaders play 'Dirty Bomb' Nuclear
War game at Netherlands Aye, so they play games about Nuclear Explosions?
Then it is no wonder they are worried about a Nuclear
attack, or is it the other way around? Hmmm...
QuoteIt was like a test. It put them on the spot. Should they inform the public or keep them in the dark? Should they work with other countries or stand alone to try to thwart or minimize the attack?
"They had to give an answer on their own, in real time," a source told The Telegraph. "It was like a test. It put them on the spot. Should they inform the public or keep them in the dark? Should they work with other countries or stand alone to try to thwart or minimize the attack?"
Each premier was able to respond with his or her decision on a computer tablet. And after each leader completed the exercise, results were presented, anonymously, to the entire group.
Bart Maat/AP German Chancellor Angela Merkel awaits the start of an informal plenary session on the last day of the Nuclear Security Summit in The Hague, Netherlands. She was reportedly unhappy about the game played.
In the end, according to The Telegraph, world leaders were able to thwart the attack with quick, collectively made decisions.

Oh, thankfully we can all rest assuredly now. ::)

Ah, thanks ArMaP!
Its different, that is for sure.
I am wondering, do you know,
or does anyone know if this is a symbol that is
commonly related to Nuclear issues?
I thought that the usual nuclear triangle
was as shown below?

;) Yes, I saw that really weird "blurb" there,
just ignored that, it looks like the video was
taken by Reuters News.
