Wow, he would last how many seconds in the US if he said that?  maybe some of those ladies are working because they have too? The husband is home drinking wine all day and spending his time on twitter and no money for food stuffs is coming in. Maybe she is 40ish and all he wants is 20ish. Does this guy hate women or cherish them? I wonder how he sees this.

You must understand that women in general are considered less than men in these places and pretty much property; it isn't right, not by our standards and morals, but until the people there choose to do something different it is what it is...

It isn't right that they get less money for the same type of job than men either, and that happens in almost all countries.  :(

We, who are not Muslim, do not understand the ways of Islam.
However, we should learn of their ways, as we will be impacted
by Islam more as time goes by. Maybe more than we would like
or can stand.

So this guy would be just fine with someone raping his wife simply because she wanted to go outside the house. I suppose when she asked for a wedding ring he gave her one around her eye too.

Some do, but because we understand doesn't mean we agree. :)

One thing I can say about their ways is that they are not much different from the ways of all countries around the Mediterranean, even if they are not Muslim countries.

Probably. And he would probably kill her after, as she should not have sex with other men.

My sister knows a woman that, not many years ago, had to flee from Brazil because her husband wanted to kill her and she knew that he would do it because, at the time, most judges considered it OK for a man to kill a cheating wife.

i should probably back off from this but i get soo impassioned

as long as we think other humans are less than we are the race (human race)will not progress

we don't have to believe we are all equal.. just that we are all deserving to be individual

One thing I can say about their ways is that they are not much different from the ways of all countries around the Mediterranean, even if they are not Muslim countries.

And, they want to expand beyond as much as possible, bringing
these ways where ever they migrate, then countries
are left to make laws for or against.

I do not think modern day equality is winning out here.

Concern as Brunei brings in system of Islamic law with punishments that include the dismemberment of limbs and stoning to death

QuoteThe Sultan of Brunei, one of the world's wealthiest rulers and a close ally of Britain, will this week oversee his country's transition to a system of Islamic law with punishments that include flogging, the dismemberment of limbs and stoning to death.

The 67-year-old absolute monarch declared last year that he wanted to introduce a full sharia system in his oil-rich nation and warned critics who took to social media sites to complain that they could be prosecuted using the new laws.

They already did that, some centuries ago, that's why the city where I live has an Arab name, as Almada is a slight alteration of "the mine". :)
(There was a gold mine near Almada)

Funny enough, and although they killed each other without much of a thought, I think back then there was less extremism from both sides.

That's a Muslim country, no expansion there.

In the U.S. today, congress would invite him to prayer, the
president would bow, the msm would write loving stories of
his compasion, and the gays and feminest would throw
themselves at his feet in adoration..
