Been meaning to make this thread for a while as a place to post my random questions. I thought it may have been selfish before, but P.W.M has got his and I'm jealous. . :P

Not much to post at the moment.. but I am wondering if anyone can think of a mathematical Constant closer than Pi?

I can't envision it can you?

Math was the one and only "D" I got in middle school, one and only "D" I got in high school, one and only "D" I got in college.  I feel comfortable saying I'm probably not qualified to participate in this conversation.

To my limited knowledge of English, that sentence doesn't make any sense, as "closer than" means a comparison, but we don't have any thing to compare Pi with.  ???

I think, from the ramblings that I heard, somebody has claimed to have something closer than a reoccurring number... I personally think that's impossible, so I thought I'd just throw it out there...

Well, I have a rather easy answer except, I am not sure that it actually answers your question of thought!

Any mathematical constant that results in simply an exact "whole number" would be more accurate than one that doesn't -  ie anything with never ending decimal places will never be an exact/finite mathematical number. 3.0 is an exact finite number. Pi will never be perfect, and at some point must be rounded off, for use in any calculation.

The only way I see for that happening is if the clouds were being made on that spot and growing an moving away from each other, but I have never seen that.

That may explain what I witnessed on June 21st ...

Although what I seen, seemed to almost stay within a small area for over 30 mins....It was a calm evening at ground level..and I don't know generally how long a Balloon may hover say at a more or less set height and within say a 1/2 mile or less radius..at an estimated distance of 1/2 to 1 mile away..seeing how the balloons shape alters as it rotated and turned may explain how the shape changed from what I witnessed...although mine appeared much smaller as it changed direction..maybe some popped...from Three balloons to just one...

What I saw was probably 3 or 4 balloons orginally and my mind somehow thought that it looked a bit like ET in his movie..as shown in the link below..

Its good to now consider what may explain what I witnessed..

I think so.

On the first part, the dark object looks like a rotated version of the "black night satellite", and we can see that both the shuttle and the dark object have slight movements from side to side independently from the camera's movement, a common sign of the objects having been pasted over the background and not correctly aligned with the movement.

but i have been hearing lately that the us marines are mostly fags now.
when i went for physical in 86 ,most of the airforce reps acted like they were fags and when i was in dallas i thought i saw one of my drill sargents and he looked queer.

I watched some of that program, and I have to say that I also questioned what was their reason for not allowing them to wear anything at all while in the rooms as they go to bed and while they sleep...

Is there some new found reason..other than say ...health / hygiene that they never explained,

is it so that they can get up that bit quicker in the morning so that they can get get ready sooner ...It indicated that they showered before bed then they were to shower again when getting up...

when we sleep we also can / do sweat...the time of year / room ,  bed temperature depends on how much..

Unless they offer some other explanation, I do not see why they cannot wear at least boxer shorts...

ive suspected that the basic training recruits arent all recruits but out of ninety,one or two may be plants to instigate trouble  on behalf of drill instructers,kinda like spies or such,also bootcamp instructors have to go through boot a second time.as marine boot is the hardest branch,13 weeks of brainwashing.
in navy seals i think they have hell week but i cant think of nothing closer to hell than marine bootcamp.

We  are dominant to some and submissive to others at certain times through our life..

To some it seems much easier to deal with than others..

As they have to be able to act as a form of a team.. are those with bigger families more suited...as they are used to competing with more of their siblings...and I think that hardens them more for that type of life..

When I was younger I used to think that I would have liked to be in the forces, mainly for the travel and adventure...(without the danger of being targeted by an enemy )

But as I have got older and wiser...It would not be my choice now...if I could live to be young again....It is an extremely dangerous profession...

I take it that you Have read Ron Hubbard's book  Sinny...

and maybe that you did their personality test at one of their offices that may be in several city's around the world.

I once called into an office of theirs some years ago and they persuaded me to do some sort of test...this was when I new little about it..
Upon doing this test, I heard someone screaming in distress upstairs...
I completed the test and had a think...as something did not seem right...
Having had some sales knowledge...I am aware how you have to be careful sometimes what info you give away..and how the people can go about using it..

I said that I could not wait around for the results and left..

I had not given them all my CORRECT personal details...

I may had been pestered by them if I had...

Its some time since I looked into it in any depth, But Since I have heard two sides to it...with some media saying how certain celebrities are members ...

but articles that I read made claims to people who had joined who later wanted to leave were harassed to remain members... That seemed rather concerning...

Then at some time I read, that you have to stay with it to get the full benefit ...but I believe that it can get expensive...

I do not know of anyone other than the Celebs,  who actually has said that it is a worthwhile use of ones time and effort that  would convince me to reconsider it...

but that is not to say that it is or is not  a worthwhile thing to get involved in...It May suit some people but not others like many other things in life....

If I recall there is a discussion on Peggy somewhere about the subject.

Sometimes one has to look into things for themselves as we can get conflicting views..although its good to ask around to see if anyone has had any good or bad experiences...that give you some things to think about and consider that  may help you decide..

I think my thoughts on it at the time was maybe that with it being what seemed like a science related approach to life..maybe more than a religious approach.. or that is what I had thought at the time.. that it may be a guide towards life...if someone is looking for guidance which may help us in dealing with Life's situations..that school  / normal education and parents may not have been able to offer alone..

So the thought that this may be something to help people live a better life and do the right things would seem appealing especially if one may not have found their true direction in life and seemed to be just drifting..

There are other similar type of what some may describe as Cults around..(Non Religious)...maybe they are a bit like the "Masons" ...I do not know if anyone else is aware of any that they may recommend...

I am sure that there are Many books wrote by various authors who can preach their own views on what to do in Life and how to live it....
Some I had seen in the past may had offered some nuggets, but many may just be misleading..

If there is one main way that one should study and follow for the better, Id like to know myself what that may be....

I am aware of one that I came across that did seem quite valid...BUT this was Before I knew about the NWO....

I am Now questioning if its legit or wrote by the NWO...

That may take a lot of time and study to determine !

Well, there is a black triangular object, moves from left to right, 1 or 2 seconds after the 2nd impact, only 3 or 4 frames, it was going VERY fast, but still looked like a hypersonic UAV to me....

I'm very sensitive to chems.mostly it just effects my mood or sleep.

Yes Sinny, If you stop frame when it glows and turns the screen all white. Every step is 100 % all white. and that is impossible. It is a Star wars saber trick to insert white frames for flashes.

I suppose what is farce might be a matter of individual opinion. Since I have been here, this forum has always gone in various directions, covering a broad spectrum of thoughts and ideas relative to many very basic subjects.  We do have forum boards that really go from very earthy things to everything about UFO and space things.

Couldn't get into any of my THREE email accounts today without providing an operational telephone number, and I just went to register a new account with Project Avalon, at which point did I not only register, but I had to submit an 'Application', which required REAL details, and asked me questions such as 'What are your plans for the next 5 years?'.

Well, I made in clear in my application I weren't happy answering their questions, especially one's I dont know the bloody answers to  ::)

To top it off they wanted me to officially 'pledge' my support to their cause in a seperatw window...

Honestly, big brothers round every corner.

You guys are mostly aware of the inner workings of my brain and I'm hoping some of you could provide some idea's?

I currently have an infinity tattoo, a chinese dragon, my virgo star sign and a few 'dark' flowers.

I have been considering an angel and a demon on each shoulder, with the intention of their faces each covering one shoulder, however I can't seem to find the art work that has the feel I'd like.

Hey Sinny, now I understand why you comment as you do, at times - 23 years old. Congrats on your upcoming birthday! Age for us all is different in many ways, but we all do share a particular common similarity. That is, the older we get the more our thinking changes. I am 50 years past your 23, but I can remember that @ 23, I thought I knew a lot. But, as I progressed in age, and as I continued to learn more about every aspect of work and life, I realized in looking back, I just didn't know what I didn't know at age 20's. Life is a continuing learning project, and we kinda vacuum all of it up that we can!!

Now, on that basis, my guess is, if you were to wait 23 years before you would get your next "Tattoo", you would never have "another" tattoo, because age learning and maturity overcomes  some of the offhand thoughts and desires of our younger lives. EVERYTHNG CHANGES AS WE AGE!

You want a tattoo now, get it!! Just making a point of my experience - and no, I do not have any tattoos, but I have a grandson (former USMC) who is 28 years old that has several nice big ones! :)
