Chinese Kung fu Master 'Walks' on Water

This is the 1st time that I have seen this before even though I heard theories of it some years ago when Kung Fu became more known in the 1970s..

I wonder if this Master really is classed as walking on water or if there is some trick involved ?  Another theory used to be if I recall was that they could walk through walls ! Now that I would like to see .. ;D

Chinese Kungfu master Luo Kun has earned a Guinness World Record for his ability to fight on quincuncial piles in water. Quincuncial pile, which requires learners to play kung-fu on high poles inserted into the ground, is one of the oldest martial arts in Chinese history. Here, he shows off his skills of walking on water for over 10 meters and fighting on quincuncial piles, which he has been practising for over 20 years.

Correct Observation...

Even with the Mats, I have never seen it done before...

and still wonder, even with Mats if what we see is really possible ...

or is there certain things hidden under the water where he treads..
