Maybe it's part of the current PC fashion not to approve or acknowledge anything to do with the military.

Spent my 4th camping at the lake, boating, beach time with the kids, campfire cooking, FIREWORKSLOL, and adult beerverages.  'Murica!  Got home reeking of campfire smoke and took a nice long shower.

My 4th was like My 3rd and My 5th.  Except for the brief spate of firecrackers - about 25ish of 'em - that went off about 10 PMish.  [shrug]
