In which day was the Malaysian aeroplane shot? Maybe they were expecting some reaction that didn't happen.
I noted that the number 16 was mentioned towards the end of the video..
Then they show 1 + 6 = 7
I noted that the 16 th to 17th th July 2014 so far is the top of the US Stock market for the Dow Jones. (The S&P 500 has topped on the 24th July 2014..)
They talk about the previous 7 years...The Dow Jones Stock Market topped on 11th October 2007 at about 14198 and fell to about 6470 to find a Low on 6th March 2009.... That was a range of 7728 points and It has since rallied to new highs...
It reached the previous October 2007 high in March 2013 and has since gone on to hit a level of 17150
of the 7728 point range... the Dow almost made a further 38.2% gain above the previous 2007 high to 2009 low points range...
38.2 % is a Fibonacci Number...
Fibonacci is usually seen as 61.8 % of something...
Fibonacci Numbers are the sequence below and if we add the two pre numbers together we get the next in the sequence..and each increase by about 61.8% of the previous number..
eg ... such as 3 + 5 = 8 ( 5 x 61.8 % = 3.09 ) 5 + 3.09 = approx 8
1, 2,3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144
and 38.2 is the difference....
If we take 100 - 61.8 = 38.2
In this eg, its known as a 38.2% Fibonacci extension of a range..
7728 x 38.2% = 2952 points...
Add 2952 points to the Previous 14198 October 2007 high..
14198 + 2952 = 17150
17150 is where the Dow topped to new all time highs on 16th July 2014..
Fibonacci extensions can often prove important levels where markets will turn...although there is never any guarantees..as they can fail just as often....but when they react they can see good or major reversals in the markets..
It May see a main decline...but Id be surprised if we get a major stock market crash....
From 2007 it looked for sometime like we were going to get a repeat of a 1929 like crash.... but now seeing that it recovered...I no longer take a view..as its not done what many analysts had expected after seeing such a huge rapid decline from 2007 to 2009...
Normally when markets act like that they usually rally back up about 50 to 70% before declining severely and further than the initial big decline...But this time the Dow has totally upset such analysts expectations...
