Title: NOAA: 1695 Low Max Records Broken or Tied From Sept 11 to Sept 20.

Relative to our various discussions about global temperatures, this bit of news is interesting. What they are reporting on are "daily low maximum temperatures" (how warm it was, not how cold). So, the gist of this then is, a lot of locations in the U.S. recently have had historically "less warm" max temps!! One record was broken by 25 degrees!!
