There are 3 objects in that video. There is the smaller strobe to the left there is a reddish orange object on the left and the larger white light to the right. The white light emits smaller white orbs to the right of the white light. If you watch the video you will see the reddish orange light take off at a high rate of speed.

At 2:42 the object goes behind something, possibly the horizon and seems to be low to the ground.
Since there's no distinguishable reference points a daytime location picture might help.

Seriously, it looks like someone was filming the small light to the left through a window, and the bigger lights are reflections in the glass. It also looks like someone moves his/her head in front of the biggest light at 2:42, so I made a slowed-down, with a small gamma change version to show it better.
